What payments does 2 West accept?

We accept many forms of payment, including cash, check, and Debit/Credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

How long has 2 West been in business?

We were established in 2011 as a family run business in Fruitport, MI.

What does 2 West sell and carry?

We carry many perennials as well as annual bedding plants and potted plants, along with beautiful hanging baskets. Empty window boxes, containers, baskets, and pots are also available. General-purpose fertilizer, bagged dirt and mulch, vegetables, herbs, small potted shrubs, roses, pre-filled combo planters, and more are all available. Why don’t you carry the plant “__________”?”

We try to offer as many plants to our guests as possible, but you may not see a plant you’re looking to purchase for several reasons: the plant could be out of season, sold out, or is not requested enough to offer in our greenhouse. Perhaps there are alternative, better-performing substitutes for that plant that we have chosen to carry – be sure to ask our staff!

Does 2 West offer gift certificates or gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift certificates in any amount you desire. Stop in to get one!

Does 2 West sell plants online or take orders?

Not at this time. If you would like to request a particular type of plant to be ordered, please email us or stop in to discuss it with us.

Does 2 West create custom planters?

This depends on what sort of planter you’re looking for and if we have all of the materials on site to do so. We love when our customers bring in their own pots/planters so we can fill them with beautiful flower art. We would love to discuss your idea with you and try to work with you to accomodate your idea as best we can!

Does 2 West carry urn liners?

Yes! Call us or stop in to order your urn liners. We have the following options:

Return Policy

We offer a return policy for all of the products purchased at 2 West Greenhouse.

Décor/Hard Goods can be returned up to 21 calendar days following the purchase of the product(s). Bring in your item with your receipt and we’ll help you out with a refund, replacement, or a credit towards another item.

Live Plant products can be returned up to 7 calendar days following the purchase of the products(s). Returns on live plant products are accepted for up to 7 days past the original purchase date provided 2 West Greenhouse staff considers the material to be in the original condition.  Bring in the plant product with your receipt and we’ll provide you with a replacement or a credit towards another item.

We try to be as accommodating as possible when problems arise. However, we do not feel responsible for customer neglect, accidents like hanging baskets falling, frost, overwatering, or other problems out of our control. However, we make every effort to keep our customers satisfied with their new purchases, and we will continue to aid in dealing with problems that might occur.
